Freudenberg Filtration Technologies Pressurisation Units apply positive pressure using filtered air, which creates a slighly positive pressure in a room and prevents unfiltered air from entering the space through doors, windows and other leakage gaps.

The Varivent units in the FK range are designed for small air volumes of up to 0.15 m3/s. Due to their compact design, they are suitable for applications where space is restricted and are ideally suited for ground floor applications. Varivent FK are externally wall- mounted and come with a modular fan and filter unit with air inlet screen and outlet louver. They are equipped with a centrifugal fan. The filter type can be selected according to atmospheric conditions and operational requirements. Standard material of construction is 3CR12 with Mild steel and 316L stainless Steel being optional.
The F-range Varivents provide air volume flows between 0.5 and 2.0 m3/s. It is fitted with an axial fan, that can be driven by motors of different voltages according to the customer’s requirements. They are designed for external wall mounting and ideally suited for ground floor application. F-Varivents are equipped with air inlet and outlet screen. The filter type can be selected according to atmospheric conditions and operational requirements. Standard material of construction is 3CR12 with Mild steel and 316L stainless Steel being optional
The Varivent G-model is the biggest standard model with an air volume flow of up to 5.0 m3/s. It is equipped with an externally mounted robust fan and filter unit with inlet louver doors. It can be wall or foot mounted. The axial flow fan can be driven by motors of different voltages. The G-Varivent is available in mild steel with 3CR12 and 316L stainless steel being optional. The filter type can be selected according to atmospheric conditions and operational requirements.
The PAT-Varivent range offers air volume flows between 0.15 and 1.5 m3/s. It is equipped with reverse-pulse self-cleaning cartridges that can handle high dust loads where concentrations are in the region of >5 mg/m3. The unit is wall mounted and ideally suited for ground floor applications. PAT Varivents are ready-to-use. They only require pressurised air for the reverse-pulse and a suitable electrical connection.
